During our country's recent economic downturn, we have experienced an increase in individual and family applications for food support.
We continue to surpass previous distribution numbers as the number of applications have grown. To date, we have been fortunate to have the resources to fulfill the demand on county food pantries and our facilities, but it would be a lie to say things aren't tight these days.
We can always use your help. The Racine County Food Bank gratefully accepts monetary support. The Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) corporation and your contribution is tax deductible as allowed by law.
Checks should be made payable to The Racine County Food Bank.
The Food Bank also accepts bulk food donations. Do you have a semi truck full of cucumbers that are perfectly good but nobody wants? Give us a call! Contact Dan Taivalkoski, Executive Director, at the number on the bottom of this page or via email.
